Without a doubt that YouTube is the best site for posting and sharing videos online ,That's why Google always add several improvements to the site as well as enable publishers from time to time with new tools to enhance their experience with Youtube , so days before , Google has announced the addition of a new professional in the edit panel on videos ,A slow motion effect which could make the video Appears very slowly, as is the case in some stills from films.

To add this new effect, simply go to youtube editor :
1-choose your video
2-drag it to the edit space
3-then click on the word Effects that display on the video
4-And select Effects where you can choose between 100% 25% 10%
5-then click on done , and that's it
